(“Products”). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.

1. Returns (Customer Satisfaction)

1.1 Standard Return Window (60 Days)

We accept returns within sixty (60) days of delivery, provided that:

The Product is in good, like-new condition

The Product is fully functional

The Product and all included accessories and packaging are included and returned together

The Product is in a condition that can be resold without refurbishment, as determined by Motion Horizons LLC after inspection

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the Product until it is received by us.

1.2 Extended Evaluation Window (Up to 6 Months With Written Approval)

We understand that lightning photography depends on conditions that may not occur within 60 days.

If you do not have a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the Product due to a lack of lightning or suitable conditions, Motion Horizons LLC may, in writing and at our sole discretion, approve an extension of the return window up to six (6) months from date of request. Additional requests may be made if you still do not have a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the Product by the end of the extension period. Requests must be made prior to the expiration of a valid evaluation window.

Any extension must be approved in writing by Motion Horizons LLC. All return eligibility requirements in this Policy continue to apply during any approved extension, including the requirement that the Product remain in new, re-sellable condition without refurbishment.

Requests for extensions should be made by email at info@bolthunter.io.

1.3 Return Inspection and Refunds

All returned Products are inspected upon receipt. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the Product does not meet return eligibility requirements, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund. Refund timing depends on inspection and your payment provider.
